Expedition Route: From Civilization to 5208 m

Islamabad – Skardu: gateway to the Himalayas

Start in Islamabad and fly to Skardu – one of the most spectacular mountain flights in the world.

Here, the scale of the western Himalayas becomes real.

Your goal stops being abstract.

Raikot Bridge – Tato – Fairy Meadows

Drive to Raikot Bridge, jeep ride to Tato, then trek to Fairy Meadows.

Green meadows and the towering Nanga Parbat face create awe and motivation.

This stage offers:

  • controlled altitude adaptation
  • immersion into expedition rhythm
  • first glimpse of Raikot Glacier

Here begins your mental transformation.

Beyal Camp → Jiliper Base Camp: entering expedition mode

Trek to Beyal Camp and onward toward Raikot Glacier and the historic Nanga Parbat base camp – final acclimatisation.

Then we move higher – to Jiliper Base Camp.

Tourism ends here.
A mini Himalayan expedition begins:

  • tents above 4000 m
  • real altitude
  • summit planning
  • responsible group decisions

Mountain Challenger 110 philosophy: ambitious, yet responsible.

Every high-altitude decision is based on experience, body observation, and real conditions.
